BECOMING A CLIENT

This process is designed so that you are able to make an educated and informed decision about whether or not you should work with us on an on-going basis.  We want you to come away from this experience with some knowledge of your level of financial fitness and your ability to retire.  We also wish to demonstrate our value to you before you commit to a long term engagement and trust us with your hard earned retirement savings.


Step #1:  

Introductory Phone Call

This phone call will give us a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise.  If there is a potential fit, we will invite you to come in for a Discovery Meeting.

If there is not a mutual fit we can refer you to a firm who might better suit your needs.

Step #2:

Discovery Meeting I

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to this meeting so we can have a clear picture of your financial situation.   The main goal of this meeting is for us to get to know each other.  We want to learn about you:  what are your financial goals, issues and concerns?  You want to know who we are and how we can help you.  



Step #3:

Our Analysis

We will conduct an analysis of your financial situation in order to assess your financial fitness and ability to retire comfortably.  Our analysis will address the following questions:

Can you afford to retire?
Can you improve your tax situation?
Can you eliminate or minimize the risks to your retirement?

Step #4:

Discovery Meeting II

We will present our analysis of your financial situation and provide suggestions for improvement.   We will also provide you with a quote of what your annual fee will be for our on-going services.

If you are ready to become an on-going client we can schedule our Orientation Meeting.  Otherwise we invite you to take your time and think it over.


Step #5:

Think It Over

Take time to decide if working with us is right for you.  Ask yourself the following:

  • Do I trust and respect Attune Financial Planning?
  • Will I be receiving value well above their fees?
  • Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?
  • Do their recommendations make sense to me?
If you decide not to move forward, we wish you the best and thank you for the opportunity to introduce our services to you.





Step #6:

Orientation Meeting

Welcome to Attune Financial Planning!  During this meeting we will:

  • Discuss what to expect from your on-going partnership with Attune Financial Planning
  • Review your Client Tools and establish your login and passwords
  • Begin process of opening your Accounts and transferring assets
  • Review our proposed meeting schedule and agenda for the next 12 months


Over the course of the next 12  months, we will work together to develop and implement your Financial Plan.  Our mission is to help you form a harmonious relationship between your goals and investments.  Our Firm will act as your guide, monitor your progress, and help you maintain focus on your personal and financial goals.
